Dr. Molina is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon. There was once a time when running down the block seemed impossible. One day he decided to make a change from the couch to endurance athlete. Starting at a weight of almost 300 pounds he lost over 100 pounds through hard work and discipline. He is an Ironman finisher and has completed several Ironman 70.3 distances. He has completed marathons, half-marathons, and is now training for an ultra-marathon.
